WH Cornerstone Welcomes Returning Summer Intern: Carlos Neto

WH Cornerstone is excited to welcome back intern Carlos Roberto Dias Neto, who is joining us for a second summer!

Carlos is an international student originally from Belo Horizonte, Brazil. In 2016, he recieved a full-ride soccer scholarship to the esteemed British International School of Phuket in Thailand, prompting him to leave his home and pursue his academic career.

In May of this year, Carlos graduated Summa Cum Lade with an Economics Degree from Stonehill College in Massachusetts. Continuing on his academic path, he will begin working towards his Masters Degree in Finance at Babson College in the fall of 2024.

During his free time, Carlos finds immense joy in a variety of activities, including immersing himself in captivating non-fiction books about self-improvement, economics, and philosophy. He also loves exploring nature, maintaining his fitness through running, and cherishing meaningful conversations with his friends and family.

Known for his remarkable adaptability and strong family values that have been displayed throughout his challenging journey, Carlos stands out as an individual who embraces new experiences and remains connected to his loved ones. He is excited for the opportunity to continue working alongside and learning from the accomplished WH Cornerstone team again this summer. Our team is equally as excited to welcome him back.

  • Went skydiving for the first time last summer, and can’t wait to do it again
  • Finished his Division I soccer college career last Fall
  • Carlos took a gap year and traveled to Spain to pursue his passion for soccer
  • He speaks three languages fluently: English, Portuguese, and Spanish
