Recently, the College for Financial Planningawarded Dawn Gorman, our Director of Customer Experience, the designation of Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP™).

“I wanted to pursue the FPQP™ designation to better serve the needs of our clients. Having a better understanding of the complete financial planning process and its terminology allows me to keep our clients organized and on track to a bright future. Helping people is what I truly enjoy, and continuing to learn about their needs makes it that much more rewarding,” Dawn shared.

Those who earn this designation have completed a course of study covering the financial planning process, the five disciplines of financial planning and general financial concepts, terminology and product categories. Additionally, individuals must pass an end-of-course examination that tests their ability to synthesize complex concepts and apply theoretical concepts to real-life situations.

“Dawn has been a valuable addition to our team. Her new designation demonstrates her commitment to continuous learning and having the latest knowledge in order to be of the greatest service to our clients” says, Bill Harris CFP(R), President of WH Cornerstone Investments.

Never stop learning because life never stops teaching.
