The loss of spouse or life partner is difficult.

In fact, it’s life changing.

You once knew who you were but, maybe, you are not so sure.

During this two-day retreat, we will build a community to support you to reflect, share, move, release, learn and grow.

We have invited some dynamic leaders to help guide you through this weekend. We will begin the first day at 11:00 a.m. with registration followed by an opening circle before lunch. We will interact with some terrific speakers through out the afternoon and wind down the day with a lovely sit down dinner. After dinner, we will participate in a fire ceremony wrapping up the evening about 7:30-8:00 p.m.  Sunday will begin over breakfast, followed by some interactive speakers and we will close with a circle by 12:30 p.m.

The setting is stunning. The food is divine. The workshop is sure to ready you to take the next steps on your journey of reinvention.  Agenda

You were a partner, caregiver, companion let alone the household duties!  There is no single direction to go in when discovering who you are now BUT there is a personal answer. Through this workshop you will begin to design a new vision of whom you are based on where you’ve been and make steps forward.

A fire ceremony is a powerful Native American practice used to release unwanted energies and attachments from the past and make space for new intentions. Together, we will release anything that we are holding onto that doesn’t serve our Higher Self and attract what we need to move forward.  By releasing these unwanted energies and old patterns into the fire, you are healing at the soul level.
