Join Dr. Alexie from Wellspring Chiropractic in Duxbury for an evening around nutrition. Rather than dictating exactly what you should or shouldn’t be eating, we will discuss empowering wisdoms and tools to better understand our own individual needs, as well as concepts around restoring balance and cause & effect.
- Did you know that blood type and genetics influence our response to foods?
- Or that “how”, “in what order” and “when” we eat food may be just as important as “what” we eat?
- How much attention do you pay to the types of fat you consume?
- Are you interested in learning some physical signs of nutritional status?
This class is open to all. However it is particularly recommended to those who have a strong interest in holistic health and nutrition, and who are ready and willing to evolve their diets. Be prepared to challenge mainstream beliefs, create new links with your health and expand food beyond the simple “what”.
Bring a pen and notepad. Bring an open mind and your curiosity. Bring some questions.
