Paula is a WH Cornerstone co-founder. She is a frequent speaker and author who is enthusiastic about helping women obtain financial peace of mind and independence.
Prior to joining the practice, Paula built the human resource function at start-up Juniper Bank in Wilmington, Delaware. She established the Campus Recruiting programs at Walker Digital, the founding company of Priceline.com, and at First USA, Bank One's credit card division, now Chase. Paula was also Director of Recruiting and HR for Deloitte Consulting in Boston and assisted in opening Bain & Company’s Dallas office.
In addition to her work with the firm, Paula is active in her community. She is on the board of directors for the Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra, having served three years as president and is the Second Vice Chair of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce of the board of directors.
Paula also served on Bridgewater State College’s School of Business Advisory Council and was the founding Director of the Boston-based Downtown Women’s Club’s South Shore Chapter, which she ran for four and half year. She was elected in 2009 to serve as a Trustee of the Duxbury Free Library. She is the past chair of the Duxbury Open Space & Recreation Committee and served on the 2010 Citizens Screening Committee to select the Chief of Police in Duxbury. She is a member of The Community Garden Club of Duxbury and Plymouth Yacht Club.
A graduate of Providence College, Paula lives in Duxbury and the Berkshires with her husband, Bill Harris.

With experience in the financial services industry since the late 1980s, Bill is a Certified Financial Planner® and a member of both the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA). Bill co-founded WH Cornerstone Investments in 1996 to provide independent, fee-only advice and solutions, focusing primarily on business owners, individual families and small businesses.
Prior to founding WH Cornerstone Investments, Bill worked for State Street Global Advisors. Bill also worked in the custodial field for State Street with numerous mutual fund companies, fund managers and investment advisors as an account manager in domestic and international operations.
Drawing on his robust financial service background, Bill lectures frequently on financial planning topics. Bill is often tapped by the media and has appeared in several books for his thoughts on financial topics ranging from portfolio diversification to real estate. He has an MBA from Suffolk University and a BS in Management from Daniel Webster College.
An avid fisherman, Bill is also an active member and board member of several local area nonprofits, including Mayflower R.S.V.P., South Coastal Workforce Investment Board (SCWIB) and the Finance Committee for the Town of Duxbury. He is a member of the Plymouth Yacht Club. Bill lives in Duxbury and the Berkshires with his wife, Paula Harris.
